BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations should be confirmed at the time of booking with credit card details including expiry date, security code and issue number if necessary (we do not charge the card). We also need full name and address of the card holder and a contact telephone number. We request an arrival time and details of parking requirements and ask that check-in time is confirmed by telephone, if possible, a few days before arrival.
For cancellation of accommodation within 7 days of the due date of arrival, a full charge will be made unless we are able to re-let the room at the full price. Please be aware that should you fail to arrive, you will be charged.
Major credit cards are accepted (except Amex and Diners). There is a 5% surcharge on all credit/debit cards to cover card fees.
We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate pets.
Children over 5 years are welcome.
