Q. What exactly is a guest house?
A. We are a small, family run business that provides a warm, personal welcome, a bed for the night(s) and a traditional English breakfast. Sorry but we are not a full service hotel with 24 hour facilities.
Q. So where can I get lunch and dinner or a drink?
A. There are dozens of cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs just a few minutes' walk from us in the town centre. We will be happy to advise the best current establishments.
Q. What time is check in?
A. While we are flexible about check in, arriving late at night is not possible as we do not have a night porter. Once you have checked in, you have a door key to come and go as you please.
Q. Do your rates include taxes?
A. Yes - our rates are fully inclusive.
Q. What is the difference between a double and a twin?
A. A double room has one 4'6" bed, a twin room has two 3' beds.
