1 & 6	These neat, compact single rooms are well equipped and decorated in coordinated fabrics. They have exclusive access to a large private bathroom with shower, toilet and handbasin as well as a separate w.c.
2	This is a ground floor double room towards the back of the house. Decorated in pretty cream florals, it has an ensuite shower room, toilet and handbasin. An extra, good quality single bed can be added.
3	This is a first floor room with a double and a single bed. Its ensuite bathroom has shower, toilet and handbasin.
4	This is a lovely double room on the first floor. The sparkling white ensuite bathroom has shower, toilet and handbasin.
5 & 7	These are versatile spacious rooms which usually contain a double and a single bed. An extra, good-quality, single bed can be added. They both have sparkling white ensuite bathrooms with shower, toilet and handbasin.

Our Room Rates

Our prices vary from £25 - £40 per person per night depending on the time of year and type of room.
Rates include a full English breakfast.
Children's rates vary according to age (minimium 5 years).
Payment by cash, cheques with a guarantee card, sterling travellers cheques and credit cards (there is a 5% surcharge on all credit/debit cards).
Please be aware that should you cancel your reservation or fail to arrive, you may be charged (a 7 day cancellation policy applies).
